Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing Agency

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing team in Aligarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our clients’ branding and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation:
- Develop and create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Design logos, brochures, infographics, banners, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the clients’ brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand’s voice and integrate it into visual elements.
- Campaign Support:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create compelling visuals for ad campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and landing pages.
- Assist in developing visual content for SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to produce high-quality content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.
- Feedback and Revisions:
- Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members.
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
