We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic digital marketing team in Aligarh. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in video editing, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and a passion for storytelling through video. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our Client’s Branding and Marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video, adding music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as needed.
- Creative Input:
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling video content.
- Provide creative ideas and input during the planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Post-Production:
- Enhance video quality through color correction, audio adjustment, and other post-production techniques.
- Ensure all videos meet the technical specifications and quality standards required for different digital platforms.
- Content Repurposing:
- Repurpose existing video content for different formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Create short clips, teasers, and promotional videos from longer video content.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all video projects.
- Client Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the final product.
- Make necessary revisions based on client and team feedback while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep up with the latest trends in video editing, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously improve editing skills through training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing skills and creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of timing and visual awareness.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
